Even though I arrived late (completely my fault) she was so understanding and never made me feel rushed at all. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel really comfortable. She also helped me choose the right lashes as I was having difficulties choosing and said if I didn't like them we could always swap them, which I really appreciated.
