Salon Policies

If this is your first time visiting Rose Beauty by Tamara, please allow extra time before your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork. If you arrive late, please understand that your treatment will be adjusted accordingly or possibly cancelled. 

BOOKINGS

All bookings made online require a valid credit card details this is held for a single appointment only and not saved on file for future charges. If you are booking using a Gift Voucher credit card details will need to be provided before booking is made. Please note all prices are subject to change.

Credit Card details may be required to secure your booking if your appointment is over 45 minutes. Please understand that charges will only ever be made if you fail to show or you cancel within 24 hours of your booked appointment.

CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS

Last minute cancellations can really hurt my small business, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. You will receive an SMS or email reminder 48 hours before your appointment, which is when you can notify me if you need to cancel.

Cancellations and rescheduling of your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice prior, may incur a 40% fee of the full price of the scheduled appointment.

If you fail to show to your appointment at Rose Beauty by Tamara without giving notice, you will be charged 40% of your service total and will require pre-payment before your next service. 

I do understand that things happen that are unavoidable and sometimes you can’t make an appointment, please contact me as soon as you are aware you can’t attend to discuss your situation and an exemption may be made as a one off.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for three years after purchase. Gift vouchers are considered a deposit for your booking and may be forfeited if you should fail to show up or fail to notify us of a change in circumstances at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

QUALITY EXPERIENCE

I pride myself on offering a quality experience so, if you are ever unhappy with the experience that you had with us please notify me within 24 hours of your appointment. This will allow me to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
